Justin Time Diving ("we", "us") provides hull cleaning and underwater boat services in San Diego, California. This policy explains what information we collect through justintimediving.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

• We only collect what you choose to send us.
• We use it to answer you and schedule your service.
• We don't sell your information. Ever.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, we receive:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your company name and the service you're interested in (on the home page form)
• A coupon code, if you have one
• Anything you write in the message field — for example, your boat, your slip or where she is docked

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view. This helps keep the site secure and working.

The site does not currently include analytics or advertising tags.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or call you back
• To quote, schedule and perform the services you request
• To send you reminders or updates about your service
• To keep our website secure and working properly

Submitting this form does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it:

• With service providers that help us run the website and receive your messages (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only for that purpose
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety

Third-party services

Our site shows a map from Google Maps and links to our Instagram page. When you use them, Google and Instagram may collect information under their own privacy policies. We don't control what they collect.

Cookies and "Do Not Track"

Our site may use cookies needed for it to work, and the embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and keep our business records, and then we delete it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or email system is 100% secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through our forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Just email justintimediving@gmail.com or call (619) 354-0027, and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
